The story of basketball

Basketball history is much easier to track than other sports. Obviously, Dr. James Naismith has been awarded a large part of basketball and basketball history. Dr. Naismith, born in 1861 in Ontario, Canada, was first created with the concept of basketball in his youth school days in the area where he played a game knocking on a rock by throwing another rock. The game obviously developed there and started the story of basketball.

Mr. Naismith taught at YMCA School in Springfield, Massachusetts, in 1891, where basketball sports were established. He was faced with the problem of finding the sport that could have been sealed in the hard Massachusetts winter. He needed a game that he could play outdoors and out in the open, and he adopted a skill that was not just a comb. First he used a football ball and two apricot basketballs who'd ever thought of their basketball history, they could come from a soccer ball.

In addition to creating basketball, Dr. Naismith was a physician focused on sports science and was a minister. Naismith watched the sport become increasingly the most popular sport in the world, which won the Olympic Games in Berlin in 1936 and was in the history of basketball.

The history of basketball started in the fifties and was in 1897 the sport standard. Sports became popular among both men and women and spread across Canada and the US. US armies took the sport overseas in World War II and basketball history became world wide.

The United States College has accepted the game and started it as a standard college sport. At the end of the 1890s, college basketball history started and the first dormitory game started in New York's Madison Square Garden.

Basketball history first began when the National Basketball League was established at the end of the 1898s. However, the championship did not last, and after five years it broke up, so the basketball history went rough. The breakthrough did not result in a number of random ligatures at the beginning of the 1900s, all of which were very loose. Ironically, the first super team was the Celtics, but not from New York to Boston. The famous Harlem globetrotters were found at this time in 1927, and the place in basketball history as the most fun basketball teams.

Not just until 1949, two professional basketball leagues for NBL and BAA merged to be created, which we all know as the National Basketball Association or the NBA. The Boston Celtics dominated the NBA from the end of the 1960s to the 1960s. During the 1960s professional teams were formed through the United States and basketball was the main power station. Players such as Wilt Chamberlain, Bill Russel, and Kareem Abdul-Jabar became all household names that attracted millions to see them as they all found a place in basketball history.

The National Basketball Association lagged behind the list, and in the 1970s, popularity has surpassed the popular Larry Bird and Magic Johnson era. Michael Jordan transferred the championship during the eighties and nineties and handed the flashlight to Shaquille O & # 39; Kobe Bryant and Lebron James. Basketball history has never been so impressive and thanks to Dr. James Naismith.
