Here are some tips that will help you become a better basketball player. Look at the feature films
This will be a routine for you. Before each game, try to look at the team's games to get ready. When watching the movie, you must pay great attention to protecting the team. This gives you an idea of how you can better protect your opponent's team so when the playing time will not be a lot of surprise. If you do not have access to the movie, you will try to see the team as you oppose the other team.
2nd Always Low Play
Practice is perfect so you can play as little as possible. Tip: If you can not touch your knees in your hand, you will not be ready for basketball
. Have a lot of sleep
Get 8-10 hours before sleep before all the games. This will allow your body to regenerate and give you a lot of energy for the day of the game.
